Conflict Resolution 101: More about Stairstep Thinking and Virtual Reality


If you feel anger or other feelings of angst, try an anger management method called “Stairstep Thinking” and also utilize a process of creating Virtual Realities in your mind. It just might do the trick to getting you to feel content and at peace once again.

Jason is offended and angry that Blake put him down. The rest of the morning went from bad to worse. At lunch, his best friend Lee taught him how to use the SPAM method of anger management and Stairstep Thinking to psych himself into feeling better again.
